Team Manager's must attend one of the two sessions, assistants and other volunteers are also welcome. Topics covered will be rule changes, technology (new mobile app and website), safety plan, and field maintenance. If there are any questions, please contact Steve Griffin at [email protected].
Field Day...
This year's official field day will be on April 6th. Depending on the weather, we also might be at the fields the next two Saturdays, March 23rd and March 30th. Please plan to join us to help prepare the baseball fields for this season. If you are available to assist, please email Steve Hendrix at [email protected].
Calling All Umpires...
This year's mandatory umpire clinic will be on April 14th, from 12:00pm - 4:00pm at Field 2 of Cheshire Elementary. If you or your teenagers are interested in umpiring this year, please email Ron Signore at [email protected].
Volunteers Needed...
The entire league is organized and ran exclusively by volunteers. Each member of the board of directors and every coach has volunteered. Without volunteers this league will cease to exist. Please consider being a Team Manager, Coach, Scorekeeper, or even Division Commissioner. If you have any questions, please email us at [email protected].

WHEN WILL I KNOW WHAT TEAM I AM ON?
"AAA' and Major teams have been selected and announced. Registration closes for all Tee Ball and "AA" Coach Pitch Divisions on March 24th. Teams will be formed that week and announcements should go out no later than April 1st.
WHEN WILL PRACTICES START?
All divisions except "Junior" Tee Ball will start practices the week of April 8th. "Junior" Tee Ball will start practices on April 21st.
WHEN WILL GAMES START?
Opening Day is May 4th at Cheshire Elementary. This includes the opening ceremonies and parade.
WHEN ARE TEAM PICTURES?
Team pictures will be taken on Opening Day, May 4th.
WHEN WILL THE PRACTICE/GAME SCHEDULE BE POSTED?
We are still working hard to schedule all divisions. All schedules will be finalized and posted no later than April 8th.
TEAM MANAGER or HEAD COACH?
They are the same thing! Baseball has a long history of calling "manager" the person responsible for overseeing and making final decisions on all aspects of on-field team strategy, lineup selection, training, and instruction. For our teams, they are also the primary point of contact between parents and the league.
ARE WE STILL USING TEAMSNAP?
No, our technology has moved from TeamSnap to DICK'S Team Sports HQ. This includes registration, website, and mobile applications.
WHAT MOBILE APP SHOULD I USE TO RECEIVE TEAM COMMUNICATIONS AND UPDATES?
We will be using the DICK'S Team Manager app. During the coaches clinic, we will be helping your coaches learn how to use the app and be the primary point of contact for any questions. The new app will be able to sync your team's schedule with the website and allow instant alerts and communication between coaches and parents.
